IMPORTANT: By accessing mudraready.in or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

1. Nature of Service

MudraReady is an online self-service tool that generates project report documents for bank loan applications. The reports are produced entirely from the data entered by the user. MudraReady does not:

  • Provide financial advice, investment advice, or CA certification
  • Guarantee or represent that the generated report will result in loan approval
  • Verify the accuracy, legitimacy, or completeness of data entered by users
  • Act as a loan agent, broker, or intermediary with any bank or financial institution

Use of this platform is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

2. User Responsibility — Critical

This is the most important section. Please read carefully.

The project report generated by MudraReady is based solely on the information you provide. You are fully and exclusively responsible for:

  • The truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of all data you enter
  • Ensuring that revenue projections, expense figures, and loan amounts entered are honest and realistic
  • The use of the generated report and any consequences arising from its submission to a bank or any other party
  • Any legal, financial, or regulatory consequences arising from submission of a report containing false, inflated, or misleading figures

MudraReady will not be held liable in any manner for reports generated using inaccurate, false, or misleading data provided by users. Deliberately entering false financial information in a loan application is a criminal offence under Indian law. We strongly advise all users to enter honest and realistic data.

3. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

A project report generated by MudraReady does NOT guarantee loan approval. Loan decisions are made entirely by the bank or financial institution based on their own internal credit assessment policies, which may include factors beyond the project report — such as CIBIL score, existing liabilities, collateral, and branch discretion.

MudraReady makes no representation, warranty, or claim — express or implied — that use of our service will result in loan approval. We accept no liability for any loan rejection, regardless of the reason.

4. Financial Projections Disclaimer

The financial figures in your report — including revenue projections, profit estimates, DSCR, and repayment schedules — are mathematical calculations based on your inputs and standard banking formulas. They are forward-looking projections for planning purposes only and do not represent guaranteed future performance.

Actual business results may vary significantly from projections. Neither MudraReady nor any of its team members shall be liable for any discrepancy between projected and actual financial performance.

5. Payment Terms

Service fee is Rs.399 per report, payable via UPI prior to report generation. Payment is manually verified during business hours (9 AM to 9 PM IST, Monday to Saturday). Reports are processed after payment verification. MudraReady does not store any card or bank account information.

Payment confirmation is final. By proceeding to payment, you confirm that you have reviewed all entered information and consent to report generation based on that data.

6. Delivery of Service

Upon payment verification, your report will be generated and delivered to the email address you provided. Delivery is subject to:

  • Correct and functional email address provided by the user
  • Technical availability of our platform and third-party services
  • Business hours — orders submitted outside 9 AM to 9 PM IST will be processed the next business day

MudraReady will make reasonable efforts to deliver reports promptly but does not guarantee delivery within any specific time frame. Time commitments mentioned on our website are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Intellectual Property

The MudraReady platform — including its software, calculation engine, report format, design, and content — is proprietary to MudraReady. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the platform for your own loan application purposes only.

The project report document generated for you may be submitted to any bank or financial institution. You may not: sell, resell, or commercially distribute reports; use our platform to generate reports for third parties on a commercial basis; or attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or replicate our calculation methodology.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use MudraReady to:

  • Enter false, fabricated, or deliberately misleading financial data
  • Generate reports intended to defraud any bank, financial institution, or government scheme
  • Operate a competing report generation service using our methodology
  • Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation

MudraReady reserves the right to refuse service to any user suspected of misuse without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, MudraReady, its owners, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

  • Loan rejection by any bank or financial institution
  • Financial loss arising from reliance on the generated report
  • Any inaccuracy in the report caused by incorrect data entered by the user
  • Delays in report delivery due to technical issues or circumstances beyond our control
  • Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific report in question — i.e., Rs.399.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MudraReady and its team from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the platform, data you entered, your violation of these terms, or your submission of the report to any third party.

11. Changes to Terms

MudraReady reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from use of the MudraReady platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Punjab, India. We encourage users to first contact us at contact@mudraready.in to resolve any issue informally.
