Part 1 — Privacy Policy

1.1 Information We Collect

When you use MudraReady, you voluntarily provide the following information:

  • Business information — business name, address, city, state, type of business, constitution
  • Personal information — owner name, father’s/husband’s name, date of birth, phone number, email address
  • Financial information — monthly revenue, expenses, loan amount, asset costs, working capital
  • Payment information — UPI transaction ID only. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank account numbers, or any other payment credentials

1.2 How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To generate your project report PDF based on your inputs
  • To deliver the report to your registered email address
  • To provide the edit and regenerate facility for 10 days after report generation
  • To respond to customer support queries via WhatsApp or email

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond direct service delivery.

1.3 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal or financial information with any third party for commercial purposes. Your data may be processed by the following service providers strictly to enable service delivery:

  • Brevo — for email delivery of your report
  • PythonAnywhere — for PDF generation (report data processed on their servers)
  • Hostinger — for website hosting

All third-party service providers are bound by their own privacy policies and process your data only as necessary for the specific function they perform.

1.4 Data Retention

Your order data (business details, financial inputs, report) is retained on our platform for a maximum of 90 days from the date of order. After 90 days, your data may be retained in anonymised form for internal analytics or deleted entirely. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

1.5 Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet-based system is 100% secure. You use the platform at your own risk.

1.6 Cookies

MudraReady uses session cookies only to maintain your active form session. These cookies are not used for tracking, advertising, or user profiling and are automatically deleted when you close your browser.

1.7 Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to correction — request correction of any inaccurate data
  • Right to deletion — request deletion of your data at any time

1.8 Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent version. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Part 2 — Refund Policy

2.1 Nature of Service — Digital Delivery

MudraReady provides a digital, self-service product. The service is considered delivered at the moment the project report is generated and sent to your email address. Because the deliverable is a digital document generated instantly and exclusively for you based on your inputs, our refund policy reflects this nature.

2.2 No Refund After Successful Delivery

Once your project report has been successfully generated and sent to the email address you provided, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Dissatisfaction with the report content due to incorrect data entered by you
  • Loan rejection by a bank after submission of the report
  • Change of mind after report generation
  • Report not meeting your personal expectations

It is your responsibility to review all entered information carefully before submitting payment. The Edit & Regenerate facility (see Section 2.5) is provided to address input errors.

2.3 Refund for Non-Delivery

If your payment has been verified but your report has not been delivered within a reasonable time during business hours (9 AM to 9 PM IST, Monday to Saturday), you may request a refund. To claim:

  • Contact us on WhatsApp at 7888513976 or email contact@mudraready.in
  • Provide your order ID, UPI transaction ID, and email address
  • We will investigate and respond within 24 business hours

If non-delivery is confirmed due to a fault on our end, a full refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment source.

2.4 Wrong Email Address

If the report was not received because you entered an incorrect email address, this does not qualify for a refund. Contact us at contact@mudraready.in or WhatsApp 7888513976 within 48 hours and we will resend your report to the correct email address at no additional charge, provided the original report was successfully generated.

2.5 Edit & Regenerate — Free for 10 Days

Every report includes a secure edit link valid for 10 days from the date of delivery. Using this link, you can update any input — revenue, expenses, loan amount, business details — and regenerate a revised report at no additional cost.

This facility is the primary remedy for reports generated with incorrect input data. We strongly encourage you to use this before requesting any other support.

2.6 Technical Failure

In the rare event that a technical error on our platform prevents report generation after successful payment, you will receive your choice of a full refund or priority report generation. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 7888513976 with your transaction details.
