At MudraReady, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the confidential information of your business and clients. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, secure, and share information when you use our automated platform.

2. Information We Collect

To generate reports and facilitate payments, we collect the following types of information:

• Registration & Delivery Details: Your email address and phone number (which are used to create your secure account, verify login sessions, and deliver download links).
• Frictionless Account Provisioning: By entering your email and mobile number during the report generation flow and providing consent at checkout, you authorize MudraReady to automatically provision a secure account infrastructure for you to access, edit, and retrieve your generated documents seamlessly.
• Financial Data Inputs: Information about your business (name, sector, financials, fixed assets, monthly cost estimates) required mathematically to compute the CMA projections, DSCR tables, and project reports.
• Transactional Info: Order identifiers and transaction records associated with payments made via Razorpay. We do not store credit card or bank login details on our servers.

3. How We Process and Use Your Information

We process data strictly to fulfill the services requested by you. This includes:

• Generating the PDF report and financial projection reports.
• Dispatched delivery links via email.
• Enforcing license limits and tracking edit capabilities during your active validity window (10 or 20 days).
• Providing technical assistance through our customer advisory helpline.

MudraReady does not sell, lease, rent, or trade your personal or financial data to third-party advertising networks. Your business financials are used solely to compute your files.

4. Processing Client Data (B2B Professionals)

If you are a Chartered Accountant, DSA, or financial consultant using MudraReady Pro or Enterprise tiers to process data on behalf of your clients, you represent and warrant that you have obtained explicit, legally binding consent from your clients to input their financial and personal details into our platform. MudraReady acts strictly as a data processor providing automated calculation software; you remain the primary data controller responsible for your clients' privacy and authorization.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share details only with verified service partners necessary to deliver our services:

• Razorpay: Encrypted payment gateways to securely process card, UPI, and bank payments.
• Resend: Secure email API to send system messages and download links.
• Supabase: Encrypted server infrastructure and databases to store account profiles and draft data securely.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account details and draft files so you can edit and access them in the future. If you wish to delete your account or permanently purge your business financials from our systems, you can request data deletion by emailing us at support@mudraready.in. We will process data erasure requests within 30 days of validation.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use small, functional browser cookies to keep you signed in to your dashboard and preserve form drafts between questionnaire steps. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard database encryption protocols and restrict admin access permissions using strict backend service-role protocols to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to align with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 to secure your business and client transaction records.
