Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Instant Digital Delivery Disclaimer

MudraReady delivers its services through instant, digital PDF report generation. Once you click pay and your transaction is confirmed, our engine immediately allocates processing resources and compiles the file.

REFUND POLICY SUMMARY: Because our products are digital files generated in real-time, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations once a transaction is successfully completed and the report generation process has begun.

2. Scope of Validity & Edits

To protect users from minor errors or adjustments, every one-time report purchase includes a built-in validity window:

• MudraReady Lite (₹399): Includes 10 days of unlimited modifications, recalculations, and PDF downloads.
• MudraReady Pro (₹799): Includes 20 days of unlimited modifications, recalculations, and PDF downloads.

If you identify spelling mistakes, wrong numbers, or formula adjustments in the generated file, you do not need to buy a new report. Simply log into your dashboard, update your draft inputs, and click "Regenerate" to compile a corrected PDF file at no extra charge within your active validity window.

3. Technical Errors & Transaction Failures

We want to make sure you get what you pay for. We will issue refunds or re-generate reports under the following circumstances:

• Double Charging: If you are charged twice for the same report due to a payment gateway latency or system error, we will refund the duplicate payment.
• Generation Failure: If a payment is successfully captured by our gateway but the system fails to generate your file, and our support team cannot resolve the system error within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.

For any payment anomalies or transaction disputes, please email support@mudraready.in with the email used during checkout and your Razorpay transaction ID. Verified refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 working days, and refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Cancellation of CA Subscriptions

Chartered Accountant and consultant recurring monthly or annual plans can be cancelled at any time from your settings page.

Once a CA subscription is cancelled, you will continue to enjoy your bulk plan credits and branding setups until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds or prorated credits are provided for the remaining days of an active subscription period.
